We are so excited to announce that our partner SPCA International just awarded us a grant to fully fund our Siem Reap Cambodia Spay and Neuter Campaign. Visiting Veterinarians International will be bringing 13 volunteers to Cambodia for a community wide spay/neuter vaccination program on street and pagoda dogs and cats.
