For Veterinarians Only (please put N/A if you are not a veterinarian)

1. We perform the highest level of care during these campaigns & we require cohesiveness of tasks to ensure that level of care.

Can you spay a 50 lb. dog in 25 minutes or less (assuming no complications)? *

Veterinarians are required to rotate to other positions (surgery, prep, recovery) What position do you feel most comfortable? *

Since veterinarians are required to float to different positions, Do you have an issue with not being in a surgery position? *

Can you follow set surgical protocols (we require 3 layer closure on all animals)? *

Are you comfortable performing routine surgeries (sterilizations, lump removals, wound care/closure & owner consultations? *

As a veterinarian, can you proficiently place catheters and endotracheal tubes? *
